Justification for the title may be a little tough. But then felt like sharing myway of handling stress which may be useful to many others out there.
Well, coming in to the topic..Being as busy as you through out the day, busy with work, busy with family, busy with your society..you face lot of stress both mentally and physically..Few times we feel so much irritated that we feel like running far away where we don’t find reasons which cause stress to us.This would have happened with many of you atleast once in your life time.
To get out of such thoughts or from such stressed feelings, it is always important to keep check points to know about our stress levels and get relief from it...Most of us really feel very sick at times and no matter how stressful we are either with the work or the familily situations or many silly issues which seems very big to US, or whatever we still need to continue our journey …Right..!So the best bet would be to find out some ways to get a quick relief from it and refresh ourselves… So now few of you may be wondering if there really exist a remedy for overcoming the stress. Yes, U do have a remedy for it.
All you have to do is find time for your selves. I work in an IT company and there are hell number of situations where in i used to feel like leaving my job..be it silly or serious..In the first year of my career i never knew what to do and what not to do..be it dealing with colleagues or typing a mail to my team lead..Silly mistakes which would convey the message in a wrong way.. or silly typos..and the result of it is a hell lot of stress than actually deserved..And if you see at home..lot of work used to await me..Getting irritated and upset here in office I never had a wish to work at home as a result of this i used to get upset daily...This went on for months and I slowly started realising the stress I am taking, which is actually unneccesary many of the times.
And i spend little time alone during lunch breaks or coffee breaks staring at the beautiful sceneries and the birds chirping..they give me immense joy, you really feel so good when you can enjoy the nature(don't laugh, it's true.try it out)….I call my mom whenever i feel down and i get the needed energy..Talking to our parents in times enriches the mood.I go for short breaks/walks with my friends in the campus ..I play with kids which makes me feel so good and fresh. Yes,it really works..Try it and see….
There are several other ways where in i handle my stress but those could be hilarious and silly to jod down here … The same way every one of you would be having some way to get rid of your stress.Find out your interests and try to spend time for U. This will surely help you to handle your stress. GOOD LUCK !!!
